Khinalug (Azéri : Xınalıq; Khinalug : Kətş) est un village du Caucase, en Azerbaïdjan, situé à 2 350 mètres d'altitude, dans le raion de Quba. Khinalug est également la région administrative comprenant le village du même nom et le village de Qalayxudat.
