Amanda Lepore (née Armand Lepore) est une icône transsexuelle américaine, mannequin et chanteuse. Elle est originaire du New Jersey où elle est née le 5 décembre 1967. Elle a subi sa première chirurgie plastique dès l'âge de 15 ans et a complété sa transformation en femme durant la dernière année de lycée.
Elle a été mannequin pour plusieurs marques telles que Heatherette, M.A.C., Mego Jeans, ou Swatch et a participé aux campagnes publicitaires d' Armani ou encore MTV, et est considérée comme une icone de la mode. Amanda Lepore contribue également à d'autres projets liés à la mode.
Muse du photographe David LaChapelle, elle apparaît dans la plupart des travaux de celui-ci. Elle a également inspiré Pierre et Gilles dans une œuvre de 2001 intitulée Dream Girl.
Elle vit à New York.
