Jacob est un personnage de fiction dans la série télévisée Lost, les disparus. Il est joué par l'acteur Mark Pellegrino.
Jacob est un mystère sur l'île. Mentionné plusieurs fois par Benjamin Linus, il semble être très important et être celui qui décide pour les "Autres". Il n'y a que Benjamin Linus qui peut le voir. Bien qu'on ne l'ait jamais vu(jacob), on suppose son existence,notamment lorsque Locke trouve "la cabane de Jacob"et l'entend demander de l'aide. C'est d'ailleurs à la suite de cet événement que Benjamin Linus essayera de tuer Locke d'une balle dans le ventre.
