Guitar Hero: Aerosmith est un jeu vidéo de rythme issu de la série Guitar Hero consacré au groupe Aerosmith. Sa sortie a eu lieu le 27 juin 2008. Il contient non seulement des morceaux du groupe, mais également de ses influences et des groupes ayant assuré leur première partie. Les personnages du jeu sont les membres du groupe, mais également des personnages imaginaires tirés de l'univers du jeu. Le jeu est accessible sur les plateformes suivantes: Playstation 2 et PlayStation 3, Xbox360 et Wii et depuis le 22 septembre 2008 sur PC .
