L'Alcazar d'été est un café-concert parisien ouvert en 1860 et disparu en 1914, anciennement situé 5 avenue Gabriel, près des Champs-Élysées (VIIIe arr.).

Historique
Ancien Café Morel (ou Chalet Morel), sis derrière le palais de l'Élysée, le lieu est racheté par Arsène Goubert en 1860, déjà propriétaire de l'Alcazar du rue du Faubourg-Poissonnière (Xe arr.). Il lui donne le surnom d’Alcazar d'été et celui du Faubourg-Poissonnière devient l'Alcazar d'hiver[1].
Entièrement rénové dans les années 1950 et rebaptisé pavillon Gabriel, c'est aujourd'hui un lieu de congrès et un studio de télévision où sont enregistrées notamment les émissions de Michel Drucker.
