Alando Tucker, né le 11 février 1984 à Lockport dans l'Illinois, est un joueur de basket-ball drafté en 2007 en 29e position par les Phoenix Suns en NBA.

Après avoir fait ses années de lycée à Lockport Township, il évolue en universitaire avec les Badgers du Wisconsin dont il devient en mars 2007 le meilleur marqueur de l'histoire de l'université, devançant Michael Finley. Il est également nommé meilleur joueur de la Big Ten Conference.
A l'issue de sa carrière universitaire, il est choisi en 29e position par les Phoenix Suns lors de la Draft NBA 2007. Lors de son année de rookie, il dispute six rencontres, avec une moyenne de 3,7 passes par match en huit minutes disputées.
