La circonscription de la banlieue est de Toronto sur le bord du lac Ontario consiste de la ville d'Ajax et de la partie nord de la ville de Pickering.
Les circonscriptions limitrophes sont Pickering—Scarborough-Est, Scarborough—Rouge River, Oak Ridges—Markham, Durham et Whitby—Oshawa.
Elle possède une population de 100 248 dont 76 987 électeurs sur une superficie de 286 km².
L'actuel député fédéral est le libéral Mark Holland.
Comme partout en Ontario, les circonscriptions provinciales se sont accordées avec les fédérales depuis l'élection général ontarienne de 2007.
