Ahamkara

Ahaṃkāra (devanāgarī: अहंकार)[1] est un terme sanskrit qui fait référence à l'ego lié à l'individualité humaine et issu du sens du « je » (asmitā). C'est aussi dans l'Advaita Vedānta l'identification au soi individuel ou personnel (jīva). Ahaṃkāra est l'une des trois composantes de l'antaḥkaraṇa dans le système philosophique du Sāṃkhya[2].
