Agareb (عقارب) est une ville tunisienne située à une vingtaine de kilomètres à l'ouest de Sfax.

Rattachée administrativement au gouvernorat de Sfax, elle constitue une municipalité de 9 610 habitants en 2004^[1] et le chef-lieu d'une délégation de 35 841 habitants^[2].

Elle a été fondée autour de la zaouïa d'un saint homme musulman du XIV^e siècle nommé Sidi Brahim Agareb.

Elle se situe en limite de la grande oliveraie de Sfax avec la campagne agro-pastorale. Agareb possède une importante zone industrielle qui comprend notamment l'une des plus importantes usines de carrelages de Tunisie.
