Adolf von Hildebrand (né le 6 octobre 1847 à Marburg en Allemagne, mort le 18 janvier 1921 à Munich) est un sculpteur, fils du professeur d'économie de Marburg Bruno Hildebrand.

Il est l'auteur de Das Problem der Form in der Bildenden Kunst ("Le problème de la forme dans les arts plastiques"). À partir de 1873 il vécut à Florence à San Francesco, un monastère du XVIe siècle. En 1877 il se maria avec Irene Schäuffelen. Il passa beaucoup de temps à Munich après 1889, y érigeant une fontaine monumentale, la Wittelsbacher Brunnen. Il est connu pour cinq fontaines urbaines monumentales.

Il fut anobli par le roi de Bavière en 1904, Il est le père de la peintre Eva, d'Elizabeth, de la sculptrice Irene Georgii-Hildebrand, de Sylvie, de Bertele, et du théologien catholique Dietrich von Hildebrand.
