Adhur-Narseh

Adhur-Narseh: Adhur-Narseh ou Adarnases, est un roi sassanide en 309.

Fils ainé de Hormizd II et de sa première épouse, une fille du roi kouchan du Gandhara. Il se fait remarquer par sa cruauté et est détrôné après quelques mois de règne.
Les nobles portent alors sur le trône Shapur II. Un de ses frères est aveuglé et un autre, Hormizd, est mis en prison pendant 13 ans par les partisans de Shapur II. Il réussit finalement à s'enfuir à Constantinople, avec l'aide de son épouse, à la cour de l'Empereur Constantin I le Grand (305-337).
