L'Acadine est une fontaine de Sicile consacrée aux dieux paliques, aux vertus magiques, mentionnée par Diodore de Sicile.
Des tablettes y sont jetés, sur lesquelles sont inscrits des serments. Si elles flottent, c'est que les serments sont sincères, sinon, si elles coulent, c'est qu'ils sont menteurs ou qu'il s'agit de contrefaçons.
