L' AS Rhodes est un club grec de football créé en 1968 et basé à Rhodes, sur l'île de Rhodes, en Grèce.

Ce club évolue en 3e division grecque (Gamma Ethniki) lors de la saison 2009-2010. Lors de la saison 2008-09, l'AS Rhodes a manqué de peu l'accession en Beta Ethniki. Ils ont terminé 2e de la poule Sud de Gamma Ethniki mais ont perdu ensuite le match de play-off déterminant le dernier promu face au club de Panetolikos.
