OXO est un jeu vidéo de Tic-tac-toe sur ordinateur EDSAC apparu en 1952. Il a été créé par A.S. Douglas comme illustration pour sa thèse sur l'interaction homme-ordinateur à l'Université de Cambridge. Il s'agit du premier jeu graphique connu tournant sur un ordinateur.
