5-0 grind

Le 5-0 grind est une trick de skateboard.

C'est le contraire du nosegrind. À la place de grinder sur l'axe avant de la planche, on grinde sur celui en arrière. Dites vous que c'est comme faire un manual, mais sur une rail ou un trottoir. Pour en sortir, on peut se laisser tomber, ou faire un ollie.
