Blacksmith Scene (aussi connu sous le nom de Blacksmith Scene #1 et Blacksmithing Scene) est un court métrage muet américain d'une durée d'une minute environ, réalisé par William K.L. Dickson en 1893 et avec William Heise. Le film fut produit par les Studios d'Edison.

Ce film est historiquement rattaché au premier film projeté publiquement grâce au Kinétoscope, le 9 mai 1893. En 1995, il sera ajouté à la National Film Registry, par la Bibliothèque du Congrès.

Synopsis

Durant la totalité du film, on voit une enclume, avec, en arrière-plan, un forgeron (d'où le nom anglais Blacksmith, qui signifie littéralement forgeron).
