Y&T (Yesterday & Today) est un groupe américain de heavy metal et de hard rock traditionnel formé en 1974. Il est originaire de la baie de San Francisco. Il a sorti deux albums sur le label London Records dans les années 70 avant de se tourner vers A&M Records en 1981. Le groupe est passé par divers autres labels donc Geffen Records et Avex Records. Y&T a eu en début de carrière comme co-managers Herbie Herbert (également manager de Journey) et Lou Bramy. La formation a vendu à l'heure actuelle plus de 4 millions de disques.
