Tyga, de son vrai nom Michael Stevenson , (19 novembre 1989) est un rappeur américain, signé sur le label Young Money Entertainment, Cash Money Records, Last Kings et Universal Motown Records.

Biographie et Carrière

Tyga, de son vrai nom Michael Stevenson a grandi à Compton, en Californie, d'origines jamaïcaine et vietnamienne, il est le cousin de Travis McCoy, membre du groupe Gym Class Heroes (sa mère est la soeur du père de Travis McCoy).

Début 2007 il sort sa première mixtape Young On Probation, et participe au événements du Get Wett! Entertainment a Los Angeles, ou il se fait vraiment connaitre. Fin 2007 il assure la première partie des Fall Out Boys et des Gym Class Hereos pendant la tournée Young Wild Things Tour. Le 10 Juin 2008 son premier album sort, sur les labels Decaydance Records et Young Money Entertainment. En 2009, il apparait sur 2 singles sur 3 de l'album We Are Young Money, qui regroupe les artistes signés sur le label éponyme.

C'est principalement le single Bedrock qui le fait connaitre au grand public, notamment Français.

En 2010 il collabore avec Chris Brown sur la mixtape Fan of a Fan. Il a annoncé en 2010 la sortie de son deuxième album solo Careless World, annoncé pour le premier trimestre 2011. 5 singles ont été publiés, notamment I'm on It en featuring avec Lil' Wayne, Really Raw en featuring avec Pharrell Williams, Snoop Dogg & Game, Still Got It (Feat. Drake (chanteur))... Il créa sa propre ligne de vêtements et son label en 2011 nommée Last Kings représenté comme un dieu égyptien. Il a plusieurs snapbacks (casquette réglable) et sweats à ce nom. Il devait sortir son deuxième album Careless World : Rise Of The Last King le 19/11/11 mais en raison de la vente de sa ligne de vêtements Last Kings il l'a repoussé jusqu'au 20/12/11.Le 10/10/11, Tyga a annoncé la sortie des écouteurs et du parfum Last Kings
