Territorial TV est une télévision dont la première émission a lieu le 2 mars 2010 à 18h30 sur le canal 23. La chaîne diffuse 24h/24 7J/7 en boucle, 2 heures de programmes quotidiens (produits du lundi au vendredi).
Histoire de la chaîne
Territorial TV est diffusée sur la Télévision numérique terrestre (TNT) dans la région de Saint-Dizier, Chaumont, sud de la Meuse et Toul depuis mars 2010. Le siège social se trouve sur la commune de Saint-Dizier et l'émetteur de Gigny pour Saint-Dizier et de Ligny en Barrois pour Toul et le sud de la Meuse.
