Sterling Heights est une ville située dans l’État du Michigan, aux États-Unis. Sa population s'élevait à 124 471 d'habitants en 2000. C'est la quatrième ville du Michigan, et la deuxième banlieue de Détroit.

La ville est composée d'un mélange de propriétés commerciales et résidentielles avec un couloir industriel large d'un mille (1.6 km) coupant la ville sur son axe nord-sud. Les sociétés industrielles principales en présence incluent DaimlerChrysler, Visteon, General Dynamics.
