Next House

Next House est une société suédoise œuvrant dans le domaine de la construction de maisons.

La société a été fondée en 2007 par Thomas Mårtensson.

La société développe, promeut et vend des maisons d’architecte. L’ambition de la société est de créer des maisons plus écologiques et à meilleur rendement énergétique en améliorant la consommation d’énergie, le choix des matériaux et le transport.

Avec la participation d’architectes primés, et d’éminents ingénieurs, Next House a développé un tout nouveau concept au sein de l’industrie de la construction, dans lequel on livre les maisons en tant que kits bien étudiés, complets.

La société a reçu l'attention des médias aussi bien suédois qu’internationaux. Next House est apparue dans plus de 200 articles de journaux et magazines, et sur une vingtaine de chaines de télévision, avec entre autres la chaine M6, dans son programme Capital. Next House fut la troisième entreprise suédoise, après IKEA et H&M, à apparaitre dans ce programme. En octobre 2009, Next House s’est fait remarquer dans plusieurs chaines de télévision espagnoles, où le ministre du logement espagnol souhaitait la bienvenue à Next House en Espagne.

Next House a son siège social à Stockholm, mais est également présent en Russie, Norvège, Espagne, France, Suisse et Luxembourg.
