Modern Records est une compagnie de disques indépendante américaine créée par les frères Bihari et active des années 1940 aux années 1970.
Histoire
Modern Records est créé à Los Angeles en 1945 par les frères Jules, Saul, Lester et Joe Bihari. Le label produit des disques de blues puis de rhythm and blues.
Modern Records a eu de nombreuses filiales, RPM Records, Flair Records, Meteor Records. Après la faillite de Modern les frères Bihari ont réédité leur catalogue sur le nouveau label Kent Records. Le catalogue est actuellement la propriété du groupe britannique Ace Records.
