Bennane ou Bennène (بنان) est une ville du Sahel tunisien située à une dizaine de kilomètres au sud de Monastir. Elle appartient à la délégation de Ksibet el-Médiouni avec Bodheur et Touza.

Rattachée au gouvernorat de Monastir, elle constitue, avec Bodheur, une municipalité de 12 168 habitants en 2004[1] tandis que la ville elle-même totalise 5 367 habitants. Elle dépend administrativement de la délégation de Ksibet El Médiouni (28 722 habitants).

La ville polarise un espace agricole dont les principales ressources sont la culture de l'olive, des amandes et d'autres variétés de légumes et de fruits.

Elle a été fondée par Sidi Hmed El Bennani, imam exilé du Maroc et qui bâtit la mosquée qui porte son nom.
