Begi est un des 21 woredas de la zone Asosa dans la région Benishangul-Gumaz en Éthiopie.
Selon les estimations de 2005 de l’Agence Centrale de la Statistique éthiopienne (CSA), le woreda Begi compte 18 668 habitants (9 110 hommes et 9 558 femmes). Avec une superficie de 1 793 km2, le woreda a une densité de 10,4 habitants par km2.
