Baylor Bears est un club omnisports universitaire de l' Université Baylor à Waco (Texas). Les équipes des Bears participent aux compétitions universitaires organisées par la National Collegiate Athletic Association. Baylor fait partie de la division Big 12 Conference après avoir joué en Southern Conference de 1914 à 1996.

Le surnom de Bears fut adopté en 1914. La mascotte, ours vivant, porte traditionnellement nom de "judge", mais chacun d'eux porte en plus un surnom (Joy et lady actuellement).

La plus fameuse équipe des Bears est celle d'athlétisme sous la conduite de l'entraîneur Clyde Hart pendant 42 ans. Les médaillés d'or olympiques Michael Johnson, Jeremy Wariner et Darold Williamson furent des Bears.

L'équipe de basket-ball féminin a remporté le titre national NCAA en 2005 en s'impsant 84-62 face aux Michigan State Spartans en finale. L'équipe masculine fut touchée par un scandale en 2003.
