La société Brake conçoit, fait développer et livre des produits alimentaires surgelés, frais et ambiants pour les professionnels de la restauration [1]. Elle est la filiale du groupe Brake Bros (Royaume-Uni).


Histoire

20 ans après sa création, Brake France emploie près de 1900 personnes, pour un chiffre d'affaires de 540 millions d'euros.[réf. nécessaire]

En 2011, Brake annonce à la presse un plan de croissance et d'investissements de 50 millions d'euros [2] [3].
