Le Benbow ou Bembow[2] est une caldeira du Vanuatu constituant une des bouches éruptives de l'île d'Ambrym[1].

D'un diamètre de 1,5 kilomètre[2], il culmine à 1 159 mètres d'altitude[1]. Avec le Marum situé juste au nord-est, le Benbow constitue la partie volcaniquement active d'Ambrym[3]. Ainsi, les deux cratères sont en éruption depuis le 23 mai 2008 et présentent des lacs de lave dans le fond de leurs cratères[3].
