B. C. Nirmal (hindi : सी. बी निर्मल) est un professeur de droit indien de l'université hindoue de Bénarès spécialiste en droit international, droits de l'homme, droit du travail et droit de la consommation[1]. Il est vice-président de All India Law Teachers Congress, une société indienne de droit[2]. Il est membre des conseils consultatif et académique de l'Indian Institute of Legal Studies, un institut indien de droit situé à Matigara [3]. Il est aussi membre du Conseil exécutif de l'Indian Society of International Law (ISIL)[4].
Il est l'auteur de nombreux livres et articles dans le domaine du droit.
