2000 AD est un hebdomadaire britannique de bande dessinée de science-fiction.

En 1975, Pat Mills s'associe avec Kelvin Gosnell de IPC Magazines pour créer le magazine 2000 AD. Le magazine rassemble plusieurs bandes dessinées, dont le célèbre Judge Dredd de Mike McMahon ou encore Sláine de Pat Mills. Les histoires violentes des ces anti-héros passionnent les adolescents anglais.
