Poids mi-moyens (ou Poids welters en anglais) est une catégorie de poids utilisée en sports de combat.

En boxe anglaise professionnelle, elle concerne les athlètes pesant entre 63,503 et 66,678 kg (limite supérieure fixée à 147 livres) [1]. En boxe anglaise amateur (Olympique) elle concerne les athlètes pesant entre 64 et 69 kg[2].

En combat libre, selon l'organisation, les combattants y pèsent entre 74 et 84 kg (PRIDE) ou entre 70 et 77 kg (UFC).[réf. nécessaire]
