La U.S. Route 101, ou U.S. Highway 101 (souvent raccourci en US 101), est une route longeant la côte pacifique des États-Unis d'Amérique. C'était autrefois l'axe majeur nord-sud de la côte, mais les Interstate highways de la côte sont aujourd'hui plus utilisées, surtout l'Interstate 5. Sa longueur est de 2 464 km et elle a été tracée en 1926[1].

La Route 101 et la California State Route 1 passent sur le Golden Gate Bridge, qui relie les comtés de San Francisco et de Marin.
