The Bats est un groupe pop-rock néo-zélandais actif dans les années 1980-90.
Ils se forment en 1982 à Christchurch autour de Robert Scott, ex-bassiste de Clean et l’ex-Toy Love Paul Kean. Ils s’arrêtent en 1988 pour reprendre en 1990.
