Somewhere in England est le dixième album solo de George Harrison. Sorti en 1981, il compte dix chansons. Suite à la mort récente de son ami et ex-membre des Beatles John Lennon, George Harrison écrit à cette occasion l'hommage All Those Years Ago dans cet album. Ce titre lui permet de relancer sa carrière en berne après les échecs successifs de ses précédents albums, avant de retrouver véritablement un énorme succès avec Got My Mind Set on You six ans plus tard.
