Dans l'apprentissage en ligne, un cours audio est un cours, généralement au format MP3, qu'on peut acheter sur disque compact ou télécharger et écouter sur son ordinateur ou son baladeur numérique.

Les universités françaises proposent par exemple le téléchargement de certains cours.
