Auburn Tigers est un club omnisports universitaire de l'Université d'Auburn. Les équipes des Tigers participent aux compétitions universitaires organisées par la National Collegiate Athletic Association. Auburn fait partie de la division Southeastern Conference.

La plus fameuse équipe des Tigers est celle de football américain. Pat Sullivan (1971), Bo Jackson (1985) et Cameron Newton (2010) furent honorés par un Heisman Trophy. John Heisman, qui donna son nom au fameux trophée, fut l'entraîneur principal d'Auburn de 1895 à 1899. Les Tigers utilisent le Jordan-Hare Stadium, enceinte de 87 451 places inaugurée le 28 septembre 1929.

En basket-ball féminin, Auburn a formé DeWanna Bonner, Ruthie Bolton et Najat Ouardad.
