Season of Glass est un album de Yoko Ono paru en 1981 son premier depuis la mort de John Lennon.

Réalisé plus de six mois après l'assassinat tragique de ce dernier, cet album encore plus rageur que les expérimentations frénétiques et avant-gardistes des années 70 a l'intelligence de mêler à la violence de la vie intérieure de la plus célèbre veuve du monde la sophistication et la beauté de mélodies pop uniques. Avec des chansons comme Goodbye Sadness et I Don't Know Why, Yoko nous raconte le travail de deuil, la peine, le choc, la peur, la tristesse, l'émotion, John.

Season of Glass fut classé à la 49ème place dans les charts mondiaux ce qui fit de lui l' album le plus cèlèbre et le plus reconnu de Yoko Ono en solo.

La ré-édition de 1997 en CD, contient deux chansons supplémentaires dont le hit "Walking On Thin Ice" et une version a cappella de "I Don't Know Why" enregistrée le lendemain de la mort de John Lennon.
