Charles Arthur Blake, né le 26 janvier 1872 et décédé le 22 octobre 1944, est un ancien athlète américain, qui obtient une médaille d'argent sur l'épreuve du 1500 m.

Sur le 1 500 mètres, qui n'a pas de série, Albin Lermusiaux mène la majeure partie de la course. Dans la ligne droite finale, il est dépassé par Teddy Flack et Arthur Blake, et Arthur Blake termine deuxième à la lutte avec l'Australien. Son temps est de 4min 34s, pour 4min 33s 2 pour le vainqueur.

Enfin, la dernière participation à une épreuve de Blake est celle du marathon. Il essaie de suivre le train soutenu imposé par Albin Lermusiaux. Il abandonne au bout de 23 kilomètres.
