Qibya

Qibya

31°58′39″N 35°0′35″E / 31.9775, 35.00972 Qibya (arabe : قبية) est un village palestinien de Cisjordanie situé 30 km au nord-ouest de Ramallah et juste au nord de la colonie israélienne de Modi'in. Le village comptait 4901 habitants en 2007[1]. Il est resté tristement célèbre suite au raid israélien dont il fut la cible en 1953 mené par l'unité 101 sous les ordres d'Ariel Sharon et qui fit près de 70 victimes[2].
