Paula Sue Trickey, née le 27 mars 1966 à Amarillo au Texas, est une actrice américaine qui a joué des rôles principaux dans de nombreux téléfilms. Elle est aussi apparue dans des séries télévisées. Son rôle le plus connu est celui du sergent Cory McNamara dans la série Pacific Blue diffusée sur le réseau câblé américain, de 1996-2000. Elle a fait des apparitions en guest star sur de nombreuses autres séries télévisées, comme Beverly Hills 90210, Le Rebelle, Sliders et Les Frères Scott (One Tree Hill). Elle apparaît dans la troisième et quatrième saisons de The OC où elle joue la mère de Taylor Townsend, une élève de la Harbor school.
Paula Trickey est mariée à Richard Thurber et ils ont un enfant.
