L'Aïmag d'Arhangay est une des 21 provinces de Mongolie. Elle est située au centre du pays. Son nom signife Hangay du Nord.

Transcription

Le « х » mongol est parfois transcrit « kh » ou « h ». Le « й » mongol est parfois transcrit « y » ou « ï ». On trouve donc plusieurs transcriptions pour le nom de cette province : Arhangay, Arkhangay, Arkhangaï... voire Khangay du nord.
