Le myéloméningocèle est une hernie des méninges et de la moelle osseuse hors de leur enveloppe osseuse naturelle. Elle est recouverte d'une membrane fragile ou de peau dont la rupture laisse s'écouler du liquide céphalo-rachidien. Le traitement est chirurgical.
