Apollonia (Europe)

Apollonia est un réseau d'échanges artistiques de droit local, créé en 1998. Il est le résultat de travaux menés depuis 1994 par le Conseil de l’Europe et se définit comme la plaque tournante des échanges européens dans le domaine des arts visuels.
