Marc Simmons est un personnage fictif apparaissant dans le comics Spawn. Fils de Bernard et Esther Simmons, il est le frère de Richard et Al Simmons.
Durant son enfance, Mammon venait souvent chez les Simmons pour pervertir Al afin qu'il devienne Spawn. Des trois frères, Marc fut le seul assez fort et intelligent pour comprendre que Mammon représentait le mal.
C'est un idéaliste, qui est profondément bon : il s'opposera à ce que son frère Al tue un dealer surnommé « la Fouine », cependant il gardera le secret et s'inscrira dans une faculté de psychologie avant de devenir docteur et de travailler avec la police.
Il va aider Nyx et Spawn après l'Apocalypse, tout en ignorant que son frère est devenu celui que tout le monde considère comme le sauveur de l'humanité, contre un dangereux criminel du nom de Kenneth Erskine.
