Anne Holt (née en 1958) est une auteur norvégienne de roman policier et une personnalité politique de son pays.
Elle est née le 16 novembre 1958 et vit actuellement à Oslo avec sa compagne et sa fille. Avocate spécialisée dans la protection de l'enfance, elle fut également ministre de la justice de Norvège de novembre 1996 à février 1997. Elle commence à écrire en 1993 ; depuis Anne Holt est devenue un auteur à succès de romans policiers dans les pays scandinaves. Elle est également connue en Norvège pour ses prises de position en faveur des droits des homosexuels. Ses trois premiers livres sont publiés en français par la maison d'édition Odin. Elle est maintenant publiée en France par Plon.
