Lloyd Kaufman (né Stanley Lloyd Kaufman Jr. le 30 décembre 1945), est un réalisateur, producteur et acteur de cinéma underground et indépendant américain. Il a fondé Troma Entertainment, la plus ancienne compagnie de cinéma indépendant, avec son ami Michael Herz. Il a réalisé, entre autres, The Toxic Avenger et Tromeo and Juliet.
