La linguina (linguine au pluriel) est une pâte alimentaire d'origine de la région de Ligurie.

Aspect

Pâte de forme à la fois longue et plate, sa longueur moyenne est équivalente aux spaghetti. La forme particulière de ce type de pâte s'associe très bien aux sauces et condiments à base de poissons, ou au pesto.
