Licensed to Kill, Inc. est une compagnie industrielle de tabac qui n'a d'existence que légale. Sans production, elle a en fait été créée par le groupe Essential Action, un des plus importants pourfendeurs de l'industrie du tabac. Donnant dans la provocation, son slogan est ainsi : « We're rich, you're dead ». Elle affirme que son seul intérêt est l'argent et met l'accent sur le fait qu'elle n'a eu aucune difficulté à obtenir une existence légale. Une de ses dernières actions satiriques a été de proposer la place de PDG à celui qui occupe actuellement cette fonction à Altria (ex-Philip Morris), Louis Camelleri.
L'entreprise est basée aux États-Unis, dans l'État de Virginie.
