Ce qui entoure un objet, en guise d’ornement. Entourage de fleurs, de perles.

Il se dit figurément de Ceux qui entourent ordinairement quelqu’un, qui vivent dans sa familiarité. Cet homme a un mauvais entourage. Son entourage nuit à sa réputation.
