Qui n'a aucun souci d'une chose, ou qui ne se soucie et ne s'affecte de rien. Il est trop insouciant pour ses affaires. Être insouciant du lendemain. C'est un homme insouciant. Quelle femme insouciante ! Caractère insouciant.
