ÉMIGRANT

Celui qui sort de son pays pour aller s'établir ailleurs. Le grand nombre des émigrants annonce la misère d'un pays. Plusieurs émigrants se sont embarqués pour l'Amérique.   Il est aussi adjectif ; et alors il a pour féminin Émigrante. Troupe émigrante.
